Senior Contract Administration Officer Job Description

This role involves overseeing contract administration, ensuring that all contract documentation and operational processes are aligned with our operational plan and business policies.

The Senior Contract Administration Officer will be responsible for managing a variety of customer contracts and including the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing contracts to ensure alignment with our operational plan and business policies;
  • Managing contract matters, including negotiating and drafting contracts;
  • Overseeing the implementation of contractual agreements and resolving any disputes that may arise;
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract administration and minimizing risks;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve contract administration efficiency and reduce costs;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
