Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Compliance Officer to drive audit readiness and internal controls across our organization.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the internal audit function, develop audit frameworks, and execute audits aligned with business priorities.

  • Maintain and enhance the internal audit framework, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure effective implementation of internal controls and enterprise risk management initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough audits and provide actionable recommendations to drive business improvement and mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to promote process improvements and compliance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications like CPA or CIA are advantageous.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or standalone audit role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing audits and agile environments is highly valued; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies.
