Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer - Information Security

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead our information security efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

This is a critical role for someone with in-depth knowledge of IT security policies, compliance procedures, and technical infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead and support the onboarding of subsystems to compliance platforms, ensuring alignment with government IT security policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to application teams preparing for compliance verification and audits.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to policies, standards, and controls.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and protocols for compliance processes.
  • Lead onboarding efforts with application teams to meet scheduled milestones.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify improvements and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, governance, or compliance.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts across departments.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address compliance and security challenges.
  • Familiarity with government IT security policies and audit processes.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
