**Early Childhood Educator Position**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to create a secure environment for children through enhancing trusting and respectful relationships with them.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and implement developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive curricula, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in your care. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Caregiving and Education: Provide high-quality care and education to infants, focusing on their unique needs and developmental stages.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging, play-based curricula that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess at least a Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or an equivalent qualification.

You will also require:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution skills to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
