We are seeking a skilled Prepaid Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with creating accounts, downloading the app, and navigating the microsite.
- Assist customers in creating accounts & downloading the app
- Guide them on using the app & navigating the microsite
- Help customers with Q-matic system & issuing Q tickets
- Support SIM & router exchanges + eSIM activations
- Assist with prepaid top-ups & general inquiries
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Account Management: Assist customers in creating new accounts and guiding them through the download process of the app.
- Technical Support: Provide assistance with the Q-matic system, issue Q tickets, and support SIM and router exchanges, as well as eSIM activations.
- General Inquiries: Answer customer questions related to prepaid services, such as topping up and other general inquiries.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- A strong understanding of technical concepts related to mobile devices and software
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
This is a 5-day per week position with flexible hours from 12-9 pm, including a 1-hour break.
