Job Description

This is a Logistics Operations Specialist role based in Mandai, handling export documentation and import/export documents.

  • Prepare export documentation and process import/export documents (invoice, bill of lading, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, insurance, etc.)
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, consolidators, trucking companies, and transport companies to ensure smooth shipment and timely collection of cargo
  • Handle customs permit declarations and have knowledge in Customs Export Cargo Declaration and IncoTerms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in handling import/export permits and bills of lading
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for liaising with Chinese clients
