Integrated Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Integrated Logistics Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your expertise in logistics and maintenance management to drive business growth.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing integrated logistics solutions that meet customer requirements effectively and on time. You will work closely with our department to design and implement logistics plans for delivering technical documentation, training, and logistics data to customers.
You will also support the development of logistics plans for determining spares and subsequent purchase and logistics arrangements for delivery to customers on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop integrated logistics deliverables for ship maintenance programmes
- Design and implement logistics plans for delivering technical documentation, training, and logistics data to customers
- Support the department in designing and implementing logistics plans for determination of spares and subsequent purchase and logistics arrangements for delivery to customers on time
- Diploma/Degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering related field
- Prior knowledge of Mindef ILS methodology
- Knowledge and work experience in maintenance management programmes for marine vessels
- Knowledge of maintenance planning software and methodology
- Comfortable with technical documentation work
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to go on board vessels occasionally when required
- Occasional lifting and carrying of physical documents or parts
- 5 days work week
- 7.25am-5pm working hours
- Island-wide transport provided
