Job Title:
Air Export Coordinator

Job Description:
As an Air Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of air import and export shipments. This includes performing vetting and cutting of Air Waybills (AWB), preparing export permit declarations, and liaising effectively with shippers, consignees, and airlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate air import and export shipments.
  • Perform vetting and cutting of Air Waybills (AWB).
  • Prepare export permit declarations.
  • Liaise with shippers, consignees, and airlines.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as demonstrated problem-solving abilities within air freight logistics. You should also have a solid understanding of air freight operations, including rating, booking, and customer service.

Desirable Skills:
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Air Export / Import Operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
