Job Title: Export Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain direct communication with customers, providing timely and reliable service.
  2. Ensure flight details are provided to customers within the specified time frame.
  3. Verify export document compliance when processing export work orders.
  4. Apply the correct export permits and process other export customs in a timely manner.
  5. Continuously monitor the onboard status and notify customers of any discrepancies or irregularities.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in air freight logistic industry is preferred.
  • Speaks and writes Japanese with knowledge of the culture is preferred.
