Experience a new era of content refinement as a skilled Content Editor & Proofreader. In this hybrid role, you'll elevate the quality of all written materials across our organization, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy in every piece.

This pivotal position within our Global Brand Studio requires a sharp-eyed individual who can review and edit human and AI-generated content for grammar, tone, user-friendliness, and style. You'll verify the factual correctness of AI-produced content through diligent research and maintain style consistency across various mediums, including American and British English.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Enhancement: Review and refine written content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and engagement.
  • Factual Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of AI-generated content through thorough research and fact-checking.
  • Style Consistency: Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and formatting across all content platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Editorial Judgment: Assess and enhance AI-assisted content, applying your expertise to elevate its overall quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with writers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless content delivery and high-quality output.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve content workflows, leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Language Skills: Proven expertise in English grammar, syntax, and storytelling, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
  • Editorial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback on human and AI-generated content, ensuring clarity, coherence, and style.
  • AI Literacy: Experience working with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, GrammarlyGO, or Notion AI, to enhance content creation and editing processes.
  • Content Management: Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress, with the ability to manage high volumes of content efficiently.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in content review and editing.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise feedback to both humans and AI systems.
