We are looking for a Content Developer to join our Learning and Development team. This role will work closely with the E-learning project manager, R&D team and training
managers to support ongoing content & courseware development to support business needs and to enhance overall learning of the therapists and sales staff at our outlets (Strip, Browhaus and Spa Esprit).

Seeking for an individual who possess a creative flair and a can-do attitude. This is a permanent role and reports to the Head of L&D.

**Job Description**:
1) Developing storyboards + scripts and produce digital learning contents to
enhance learning effectiveness and competency development.

2) Reviewing and converting existing learning materials to digital learning
content.

3) Assisting with e-learning content and courseware development, taking into
account the target audience's/ learner experience.

4) Knowledge in using design, animation and video editiing software to create
eye catching and adaptive learning content.

5) Crafting copy and come up with content angles on a weekly basis for our
elearning EDM to drive awareness, promotion and engagement with our
internal staff.

6) Proof read translation work from English to Simplified chinese.

7) Assist in change management effort to get stakeholders and training
managers to embrace and adopt digital learning.

8) Ensure all deliverables are met on a timely basis and with high quality
outputs.

**Requirements**:
1) Diploma/degree in any field as long as you have excellent verbal and written
communication skills in English.

2) Strength in creative writing, editing and proofreading. Able to develop ideas and write compelling copies and tag-lines. However we will also require you to be proficient in
Mandarin to proof read and oversee translation work on our content.

3) Have the willingness and interest to learn and master the Adobe Captivate authoring tool.

4) Meticulous, eye for detail and design, pride in delivering quality work.

5) Positive attitude with strong initiative to get things done as well as being a teamplayer to contribute to overall team goals.

6) Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a keen interest for e-learning.

7) Good with smartphone photography/videography is a bonus

8) Interested in technology, social media, digital content and popular culture

9) Strong adaptability and resilience in an ever changing environment.

10) Fluid to the demands of new incoming projects in the realm of training and development.
