Biotechnologist Career

We are seeking a Biotechnologist to join our Cell and Gene Therapy Manufacturing team at our Tuas site in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cGMP manufacturing activities, including cell culture, aseptic processing, viral transduction, and harvest operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cGMP manufacturing activities, including cell culture, aseptic processing, viral transduction, and harvest operations.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as incubators, centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, and bioreactors.
  • Execute batch records, SOPs, and work instructions accurately to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and perform in-process sampling and testing.
  • Maintain cleanroom standards by performing routine cleaning and adhering to strict gowning requirements.
  • Perform inventory management for raw materials and equipment consumables.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred; fresh graduates passionate about CGT are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations.
  • Knowledge of Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, or Biologics manufacturing is an advantage.
