Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project costs and contingency throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Project Development (PD) to develop project cost estimates aligned with project scope and feasibility, and support project feasibility studies and recommend project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with PD to develop project cost estimates aligned with project scope and feasibility
  • Support project feasibility studies and recommend project budgets
  • Manage project costs and contingency throughout the project lifecycle
Responsibilities

In addition to the key responsibilities listed above, you will also be responsible for:

  • Scrutinizing tenders and identifying cost variances
  • Managing contractual disputes and claims in collaboration with project leaders and the legal team
  • Reviewing and assessing the financial and contractual impact of project changes, providing recommendations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in projects and facilities management, civil engineering, real estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of real estate project finance, budgeting, and cost control
