Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment - Real Estate Investment/Management Company : Project Manager/Senior Manager/Project Director

Duty:

• Leads the project team, develops the project schedule, and directs the on-site construction

• Study project drawings, contracts and technical requirements, propose drawing optimization, budget control, and conduct on-site quality management

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other staff

• Selects subcontractors and delegates their duties

• Responsible for any delays, emergencies and issues that may arise

• Ensure safety and building codes as well as legal requirements

• Reports project schedule and budget to management

• Prepares budgets and cost estimates


Request:

• Degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent related field

• At least 10 years of working experience in a related field

• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Communication skills to give clear commands and handle complex information

• Time management skills are required

• Experience in high-end villa projects, especially familiar with construction, decoration, furniture and other procurement links
