
Key Client Success Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for our enterprise clients across APAC.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic partnership: Lead the development of custom workflows that make our clients' processes more efficient and effective.
- Implementation expertise: Provide hands-on expert guidance to set our clients up for success.
- Growth driver: Work with our enterprise team to ensure clients meet their objectives and drive regular business reviews, satisfaction, and retention and growth.
- Client champion: Serve as the vital link between our clients and internal teams, providing clear, actionable insights to help us continuously improve and innovate.
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious individual with a blend of hospitality industry expertise and SaaS implementation experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 3–5 years in customer success or implementation within a SaaS environment and 2–3 years in the hospitality industry.
- Strategic acumen: Proven track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts, preferably in hospitality or travel tech.
- Technical know-how: Strong knowledge of Salesforce and customer success software (e.g., ChurnZero).
- Leadership and communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage audiences from end-users to C-level executives.
- Plus: Fluency in additional APAC languages is a great asset.
