Job Description
The Client Service Ambassador role involves delivering exceptional customer service to clients via email and phone. This includes addressing their queries, concerns, requests, and issues.
A key aspect of this role is proactive follow-up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for escalating issues, following up on actions, and communicating with various teams as needed.
In addition to customer-facing duties, the Client Service Ambassador role also involves managing vendors, including stock management, replenishment of stationery, checking pricing, and creating sales orders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess knowledge of CRM tools and Odoo. Multi-tasking and adaptability are essential skills for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing client queries, concerns, requests, and issues via email and phone
- Proactive follow-up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of matters
- Escalating issues for resolution, follow-up, or actions to be taken by different teams
- Managing vendors, including stock management, replenishment of stationery, and checking pricing
- Creating sales orders and invoices for ad-hoc mailings
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Odoo (plus)
