
Client Service Ambassador

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and requests.
This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include attending to client emails and phone calls, following up on outstanding issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client requests.
The Client Service Ambassador will also be responsible for creating sales orders and invoices, managing vendor relationships, and performing various administrative tasks as required.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements for this role include proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Odoo, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, the ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
