Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking a forward-thinking Financial Manager to elevate our finance function as a strategic business partner. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive financial operations, business insights, and play a pivotal role in scaling our company's impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with our growth ambitions.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Consulting, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive operational excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, challenging assumptions and offering data-driven perspectives.
  • Oversee all core finance functions: budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, statutory accounts, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure robust financial controls, compliance with local regulations, and timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Evaluate, implement, and improve accounting systems, financial processes, and automation to support scale.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial operations, reporting, and analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years' progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis, preferably in high-growth tech, SaaS, or data-driven environments.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

• Strong command of accounting standards, financial controls, and compliance.

• Proficiency with modern accounting software and data analysis tools.

• Deep expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.

• Demonstrated track record of proactive business partnership and strategic influence.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
