Learning Centre Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Learning Centre Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of students and parents.

About the Job

This is a key leadership position that requires a candidate with excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of educators, developing and implementing educational programs, and building relationships with customers.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the education or learning and development industry, handling admissions and student engagement.
  • Diploma or degree in any discipline is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to our community.
  • Share our vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students.
  • Support customer success initiatives like special programs or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement.
  • Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community.
  • Act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them.
  • Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes, and ensure payment for classes are received.
  • Work with the teaching team to assess students and follow up with parents for conversion.
  • Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g., sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data, and research.
  • Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system.
  • Relationship manager for our community, continue to track the progress of students, and maintain relationships with parents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Min. 2 years in Education or Learning & Development Industry handling admission / enrolment and student engagement

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Benefits

Location: Tampines Mall

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)

Salary Range: $3500 to $3800 per month + quarterly/annual bonus
