Global Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Engagement Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage general enquiries from stakeholders and provide guidance on typical issues.
  • Oversee the execution of Overseas Onboarding Procedures to ensure student compliance with university policies.
  • Support the evaluation of eligibility and processing of claims for student travel grants by collating documents and information.
  • Administer feedback on overseas internships to measure learning outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Provide logistical support for info-sessions and recruitment events, including administrative tasks.
  • Assist in managing overseas programmes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized tertiary institution or diploma from a recognized polytechnic.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in education, human resources, and/or public services is preferred.
  • Prior experience in programme management, event management, and/or administrative functions is beneficial.

This role offers an opportunity to work with students, staff, and external partners to develop and implement engaging global engagement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong organisational and time management abilities.
