Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Support Executive to join our team. As a key member of the admissions department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to students and families.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills. You will be responsible for responding to student enquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate records.

In addition to your administrative tasks, you will also be involved in marketing efforts to promote the school and expand our global reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enquiry Handling: Respond to all student enquiries (email, telephone, and walk-ins), providing relevant information and guidance to prospective students and their families.
  • Admissions Processes: Assist the Manager with all student admissions processes, including contracts, student pass applications, insurance coverage, and other administrative tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in student files and admissions databases for management review.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth student transfers and onboarding.
  • Finance Support: Work closely with Finance on student fee matters, such as tuition payments and agent commissions, ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Surveys and Feedback: Conduct surveys to gather student feedback, collate results, and prepare reports for analysis.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education industry.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a cheerful and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
