In the role of Health Claims Assessor at Fullerton Healthcare Group, you will be responsible for assessing and issuing Letters of Guarantee in accordance with policy contracts and guidelines. Your timely completion of LOG processing within agreed turnaround times is crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will respond promptly to inquiries via email and telephone, handle escalation or client complaints, and maintain open communication with clients and intermediaries to achieve satisfactory resolution of cases/complaints. Regular reports on case resolutions will be provided to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Diploma or higher educational qualification, preferably with a completion of a Health Insurance Certificate. A minimum of one year's experience in Health Claims is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good command of written and spoken English is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
This position requires a team player with excellent communication and people skills. If you are highly organized around multiple priorities and timelines, have a keen eye for detail, and are self-motivated, we encourage you to apply.
