Programmes Manager - Rehabilitation and Education

About the Role

This role involves overseeing the development, execution, and evaluation of programmes in accordance with established rules and regulations.

  • Develop, execute, monitor and evaluate programmes to ensure they align with rehabilitation goals.
  • Foster improvements to existing programmes to promote resident well-being.
  • Collaborate with Case Management to address residents' rehabilitation matters.
  • Ensure regular attendance at programmes and maintain accurate records.
  • Effectively manage resources for programme implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain financial integrity and prepare reports on programme outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Programmes to plan and implement programmes.
  • Contribute to programme development and enhancement.
  • SOURCE venues and refreshments for workshops, programmes, and activities.
  • Prepare proposals and grant applications, including budget planning.
  • Coordinate programme execution, manage communications, and handle stakeholder feedback.
  • Engage volunteers or external stakeholders to support rehabilitation programmes.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, corporate bodies, government agencies, and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure resident safety and well-being.
