Programme Management Opportunity

We are seeking a resourceful and proactive individual to join our programme delivery team as a Programme Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting programmes that meet the needs of our service users.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues and external partners.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting programmes based on client needs and providing regular updates to supervisors
  • Evaluating the effectiveness and relevance of our programmes through periodic needs and outcome assessment
  • Implementing quality control and compliance procedures to ensure the physical and psychological safety of our service users
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress
  • Planning and managing manpower rosters for programmes
  • Developing information materials for distribution to clients and volunteers
  • Collaborating with external organisations to deliver programmes
  • Managing communications and feedback from stakeholders
  • Conducting outreach activities to engage with our target service user group and the wider community
