Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital asset initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, financial services, and blockchain technology.


Responsibilities:
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders across various sectors.
  • Collaboratively developing business cases for early-stage digital initiatives and securing executive buy-in for transformative projects.
  • Managing large-scale business solutions and consulting assignments.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and innovation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of experience in top-tier management consulting or financial services, particularly in fintech, payments, or financial services strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with blockchain and digital assets, including institutional custody, tokenization, trade finance, and CBDCs.
  • The ability to distill complex digital asset opportunities into actionable insights for non-crypto audiences.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and the ability to craft persuasive executive presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • A passion for client success and a drive to optimize business impact.
