- Good understanding of IFRS and US GAAP, with a focus on IFRS 4 and 17.
- Experience in IFRS 17 implementation and/or reporting is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills and successful delivery experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Logical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel.
