Compensation and Benefits Specialist Job Summary

This role involves working with senior HR professionals to develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's objectives.

  • Analyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications, and make recommendations for salary offers.
  • Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market and industry competitiveness.
  • Support performance appraisal exercise, and administer reward distribution.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge in advanced functions for data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data and identify trends.
  • High attention to detail, with strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
