Drive & Automation Sales Professional

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned sales expert to expand our presence in South East Asia and Bangladesh.

About the Role:

As a key team member, you will be responsible for growing our customer base in the target regions. Your primary objectives include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and meet customer expectations.
  • Gathering market information and providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Technical knowledge of Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives is preferred.
  • Strong customer focus, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
