Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Delivery Expert to join our team in the Central Region. As an Automotive Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers while ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best practices for vehicle delivery in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Update CRM systems regularly to maintain accurate and timely delivery records.
  • Manage documentation and prerequisites for vehicle registration.
  • Coordinate pre-delivery and delivery paperwork with sales and operations teams.
  • Prepare customer loan and registration documents to support successful delivery appointments.
  • Host delivery appointments and conduct tailored new owner orientations.
  • Maintain compliance through accurate record keeping and form generation.
  • Support the sales manager in delivery center operations and customer service excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry / supply chain coordination / B2B coordination.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license required.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
