Hotel Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing housekeeping staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

We are seeking a highly organized individual to lead our housekeeping team, overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including inventory management and task assignments;
  • Ensuring seamless communication with other departments to deliver outstanding guest service;
  • Addressing guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant experience in a similar field, preferably in hospitality or housekeeping;
  • Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions;
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
