Restaurant Hostess

This role is for a charismatic individual to manage the front-of-house operations in our busy restaurants. As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage the reservation system and take phone calls to book tables.
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented dining room at all times.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of guests in and out of the restaurant.
  • Assist with the management of the waitlist and communicate wait times to guests.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Hostess or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using reservation systems.
