Job Description:

You will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily outlet activities while leading our wine and beverage program. As a dual-role leader, you will ensure seamless service flow, guide the team, and take pride in recommending bottles and pairings to our guests. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, leadership, and curating meaningful wine moments.

This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to providing outstanding service. You will be responsible for managing the wine and beverage list, including procurement, storage, and pricing. Additionally, you will train staff on wine and beverage service standards and knowledge.

You will also engage guests with recommendations, pairings, and storytelling around wines. Furthermore, you will work closely with the kitchen and bar team to align beverage pairings with food. Your primary goal is to maintain a high level of floor presence and ensure warm, attentive service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the outlet's day-to-day operations and assist in leading the service team.
  • Curate and manage the wine and beverage list, including procurement, storage, and pricing.
  • Train staff on wine, and beverage service standards and knowledge.
  • Engage guests with recommendations, pairings, and storytelling around wines.
  • Ensure smooth transitions across café, lunch, dinner, and evening bar service.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to align beverage pairings with food.
  • Maintain a high level of floor presence and ensure warm, attentive service.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Strong wine knowledge; formal certifications (e.g. WSET) are a plus.
  • Confident, service-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.
  • Good communication and team leadership skills.
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
