Strategic Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team in Mumbai, India. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in international business settings, who can collaborate closely with senior leadership.
The successful candidate will support the CEO in day-to-day operations, prepare strategic presentations, attend key meetings, and contribute to business development efforts. The role also involves overseeing office operations, managing vendor relationships, and assisting in correspondence and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in business development or executive assistance roles. Strong communication skills in English, along with discretion and organizational abilities, are essential. An analytical mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key qualities we are looking for.
Responsibilities:- Support the CEO in day-to-day operations
