Essential Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of trading experience, preferably in eFX, equities, or crypto markets, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of RFQ/RFS, market making mechanisms, and various execution strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex market data and execute high-pressure trades with precision.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, aggregators, and ECNs to optimize trade execution and reduce costs.
  • Knowledge of risk management, hedging strategies, and liquidity dynamics to mitigate risk and maximize returns.
  • Hands-on experience with algorithmic trading or automated execution tools is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in basic coding skills (Python, VBA, SQL) to develop in-house trading solutions.
