About the Role:

As an Equipment Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and safety. You will work closely with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support equipment setup and tool conversion projects
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and repair parts as needed
  • Collaborate with engineers to assign daily tasks and achieve production targets
  • Assist with data collection and analysis to inform process improvements
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability
  • Support ad-hoc task requests from engineers as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in equipment engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
