Job Title: Engineering Equipment Specialist

This position reports to the Equipment Lead and is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on assigned equipment. The ideal candidate is a good team player, able to work independently, attentive to details and safety, and willing to embrace new tasks or responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Perform corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance, and calibration of assigned equipment.">
  • Sustain and improve overall equipment performance (OEE).">
  • Update consumables/spare parts to prevent delays in machine recovery.">
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities for yield, maintenance cost, equipment modification, and productivity improvement.">
  • Assist engineers in setting up new machines and buy-off.">
  • Maintain cleanroom housekeeping and safety practices.">
  • Communicate with supervisors, fellow shift personnel, and vendors to resolve problems.">

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical/Material Science or equivalent.">
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in semiconductor/electronics/electrical industry.">
  • Experience operating or maintaining lithography equipment in a cleanroom or wafer-level processing environment.">
  • Able to work rotating shifts and flexible schedule.">
