Job Title: Transplant Coordinator
Job DescriptionAs a key member of the multidisciplinary transplant team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the paediatric transplant process at KK Women's and Children's Hospital. You will collaborate closely with established adult transplant programs to adapt, identify and apply best practices tailored to meet the unique needs of paediatric patients.
Your Responsibilities- Manage patient records on the National Transplant Registry and maintain accurate documentation in the National Transplant Registry System (NTRS).
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support the transplant process.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Nursing, Psychology or Life/Health Sciences.
- Experience in transplant, paediatrics, cardiothoracic nursing, or operating theatre settings is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for handling sensitive situations.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and perform time-sensitive tasks within a multidisciplinary team.
