Leading Patient Care as a Pediatric Transplant Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think critically, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include managing patients registered on the National Transplant Registry and maintaining accurate records in the National Transplant Registry System (NTRS). This position also involves ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, participating in an on-call rotation, and supporting organ donation initiatives.
- Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing, Psychology or Life/Health Sciences
- Experience in Transplant, Paediatrics, Cardiothoracic nursing or Operating Theatre an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with delicate situations
- Pleasant disposition and ability to work independently
- Will to perform on-call duties on a rotational basis
- Able to multi-task and perform time-sensitive work in collaboration with a team
The successful candidate will have excellent clinical knowledge and the ability to apply best practices in transplant medicine, surgical procedures, human physiology, and organ-specific anatomies. They will also have opportunities for professional development through structured training and mentorship.
