Job Title: Transplant Coordinator Role - Healthcare Specialist
">About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse to join our team as a Transplant Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating kidney transplant operations from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication between patients, donors, and healthcare professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating referrals from renal physicians and assessing patient suitability for kidney transplant
- Providing counseling and support to potential donors and recipients throughout the transplant process
- Maintaining close connections with stakeholders and MOH officials to facilitate organ donation and transplantation
- Scheduling laboratory investigations, tracing results, and arranging clinic reviews to ensure patients receive timely care
- Attending ward rounds and clinic sessions to discuss patient progress and assist in scheduling investigations
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Nursing
- VALID SNB & BCLS certification
- At least 2 years of relevant ward experience
