- Assisting donors and recipients in the entire kidney transplant process

Our esteemed client is looking for Transplant Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing clinical activities and administrative duties
- Coordinating of patient’s referrals and pre-transplant evaluation
- Assisting donors and recipients in the entire kidney transplant process
- Provide counselling and conducting transplant workup for potential donors and recipients.
- Provide counselling to patients and their families for those patients that are considering deceased donor kidney transplant.
- Attend ward rounds and clinic sessions where discussion was being held
- Providing discharge teaching and assist in the follow-up care of complex post-kidney transplant patients.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years working experience preferred
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Arts and Social Science Majoring in Social Work or Life Sciences
- Mature and willing to be on call
