About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our trading team as a Senior Associate in Trading Desk Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dedicated end-to-end trade support to assigned trading desks, performing trade bookings, verifications, balance and position reconciliations, P&L attributions, and real-time monitoring of risk positions against internal thresholds.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide trade support services to assigned trading desks, ensuring seamless execution of trades and maintaining accurate records.
2. Develop and enhance booking and reconciliation procedures using coding skills, improving operational efficiency and reducing errors.
3. Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, delays, and other problems presented throughout the trade life cycle, escalating critical issues to senior management if necessary.
4. Design and develop new monitoring tools for real-time tracking of risk positions, enabling proactive decision-making and minimizing potential losses.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up new accounts and trading books, maintain data integrity, and ensure accurate data mapping.
6. Perform funding operations and settlement checks, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
