About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our trading team. As an Associate in Trading Desk Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading desk.

  • Provide end-to-end trade support to assigned trading desks
  • Perform trade bookings, verifications, balance and position reconciliations, P&L attributions
  • Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, delays, and other problems presented throughout the trade life cycle

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the trade life cycle for the particular trading desk you will support. This includes developing and enhancing booking and reconciliation procedures, as well as designing and implementing new monitoring tools.

Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up new accounts and trading books, maintaining data integrity and data mapping, and performing funding operations and settlement checks.
