This is a key position responsible for delivering high-quality cloud services to our customers, ensuring seamless migration to the cloud and optimal service capacity. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in cloud computing.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure management, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide after-sales support for Huawei Cloud services, ensuring timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction;
  • Lead the improvement of cloud service availability architecture, identifying and addressing potential problems;
  • Deliver on-site technical support, fault location, and delimitation during customer major guarantee periods;
  • Compile and output related technical documents, supporting standardization in customer service;
  • Oversee the delivery of Huawei Cloud operation and maintenance management, facilitating smooth business migration to the cloud;
  • Enhance service capacity for top customers;
  • Develop and deliver Huawei Cloud service support plans.

Customer service and technical support experience in a similar field.
