About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, with experience in managing cloud service availability architecture, technical support, and problem identification. You will work closely with our customers to deliver high-quality cloud services, including on-site technical exchange, fault location, and delimitation, as well as compilation and output of related technical documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cloud service availability architecture improvement and problem identification;
- Provide technical support during customer major guarantee, including on-site technical exchange, fault location and delimitation, drill program output, and other guarantee technical work;
- Compile and output related technical documents to support standardization of customer service;
- Deliver Huawei Cloud operation and maintenance management to help customers migrate their business smoothly to the cloud;
- Improve service capacity of top customers;
- Responsible for delivery of Huawei Cloud service support plans.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical skills in cloud computing, network design, enterprise architecture, and software testing;
- Experience in cloud service management, including technical support and problem identification;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and customers;
- Ability to think critically and analytically to resolve complex problems;
- Familiarity with cloud services, including GCP and Huawei Cloud.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - 100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, paid annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
