About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Manage the day-to-day site operations, including monitoring and controlling progress, preparing and reviewing risk assessments, and putting in place systems to display updates to residents.
- Liaison: Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure effective implementation of projects.
- Communication: Communicate project information, proposals, and updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Cost Control: Monitor project costs, including variation works.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required by clients and consultants.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A degree or diploma in civil or structural engineering, building/construction management, quantity surveying, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in managing town council/HDB upgrading projects.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, good working attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently, and good communication skills (verbal and written).
