Business Growth Strategist Role
The Business Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in defining, managing, and evaluating business plans to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This involves leading cross-functional teams to develop short-term business plans and supporting data-driven models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities.
- Ensure business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders.
- Set business metrics, evaluate actual performance, and make recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement.
- Develop data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure business plans can be translated into financial value.
- Manage the Amplify compensation program for retailers, including retailer profile and tiering, quota deployment, KPI performance, compensation matrix, and global program design feedback/improvements.
Requirements:
- Specialist with subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines.
- Ability to handle unique situations and make decisions on complex business issues with guidance from senior team members.
- Typically 4 to 6 years experience in strategic, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
- First level university degree.
