About the Role

As a strategic pricing expert, you will be responsible for reviewing tender documents to identify client requirements and developing cost models that support competitive and profitable pricing strategies.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors to propose optimal pricing proposals and optimize costs to maintain competitiveness. Additionally, you will benchmark prices and costs to ensure the best commercial outcome in line with company directions.

Key responsibilities include performing revenue and cost management, P&L analysis, and cash flow management using financial and pricing models. You will also ensure that all costs are accurately included in the pricing template and translated into customer pricing templates.

Furthermore, you will support business units and internal stakeholders with the preparation of valuations and pricing approvals, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all pricing activities.

The role also involves data analytics, where you will conduct post-tender analysis and pre-tender market sensing. You will develop and maintain databases and dashboards to provide insights and analysis on competitors' benchmarking and historical bid trends.

Additionally, you will analyze the commercial impacts of pricing tactics and understand commercial terms and conditions. You will prepare pricing recommendations and ensure consistency with the overall growth and pricing strategy.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ideally 3+ years of proven professional experience in commercial pricing, financial analysis, and price modelling, preferably in integrated facilities management services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate/Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
