Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This role involves ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of facility equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Supervise and guide maintenance teams to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and optimize maintenance activities.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a maintenance management role with a strong background in facility management.
  • Technical diploma in a related field such as electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office tools.
