This individual will also be responsible for following up on outstanding documentation or action items from investors, coordinating resolution, and supporting onboarding and account maintenance of shareholders.

Preparation and updating of basic Excel trackers and summaries to assist internal reporting are essential tasks in this position. Consistency and accuracy in record-keeping across all systems are crucial.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, able to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals.

A Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, communications, or a related field is mandatory, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, legal support, or client-facing role.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and meticulous attention to detail are required for success in this position.
