  • We are seeking a talented software engineer to work on custom machine vision and GUI applications.
  • The ideal candidate will design and develop cutting-edge machine vision algorithms for product quality inspection, process control, and manufacturing automation.
  • A strong understanding of deep learning-based vision solutions is essential for this role.
  • This position involves making informed decisions regarding the ordering, building, and maintenance of PCs and PC-based GUI software.
  • The successful candidate will configure vision systems, including host PCs, frame grabbers, cameras, illumination, motion control, and interfaces.
  • The candidate will analyze project requirements, design, develop, and test multitasking Windows desktop applications for industrial equipment.
  • They will understand and interface with third-party embedded controllers using their APIs.
  • The engineer will optimize existing software to improve performance and fix bugs.
  • Additionally, they will provide technical support for field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain expertise in computer engineering/electronics engineering and experience in developing Windows applications for industrial/automation equipment.
  • Develop rich and modern user interfaces using C#, WPF, and .NET Framework.
  • Understand and implement TCP/IP, RS-232, camera interface, and motion controller interface protocols.
  • Familiarity with MODBUS, SECS/GEM, and other industrial protocols is an added advantage.
  • Apply process mapping and software design concepts effectively.
